THE MODERN GREEN NURSERY

{for UK & US}

Going Green is all the rage and with no wonder! This planet is precious and we should keep it that way. The best way to teach our children is by leading with example. START EARLY! For example, during your pregnancy and while preparing the nursery.

Check out these lush modern designs built to grow with your child that also help instill the values of REDUCE, RE-USE, and RECYCLE, while also helping to maintain a happy and healthy environment in your home.

The Offi Nest

I wish I had seen this one before I had received my mose basket for my little lad. This is much more practical. The mose basket was only used for about three months and is now packed away until the arrival of our future children.

The Eames Rocker

This is a hot rocker for Mothers-to-be that is suitable to become a comfy reading chair as your little one gets older…

This rocker is more eco-friendly that your traditional rockers because it is composed of steel and fiberglass rather than polyurethane foam and woodcomposed of MDF/plywood/particle board complete with formaldehyde. These chemicals have off-gassing, deminish indoor air quality, and your family’s health. The steel and fiberglass composition of the classic Eames Rocker is definitely a safer choice and much more stylish.

When it comes to feeding. My preference was the Baby Dan because its a feeding chair that grows with your child. There are a number of new chair lines out there now that follow this ‘growing concept’.
